Christian 'Chris' Behr
Chris spent 65 years of his life bowling. He was elected to the Board of Directors of the Minneapolis District Bowling Association in 1942, and in 1950 was elected President of the Association. He did outstanding work in organizing leagues, junior bowlers and his work as secretary of 'innumerable' leagues during his career. His high average was 196; his high series was 728. Chris had many games in the 290's but never had a 300 game. Chris organized the first 65-year-and-over league in the City of Minneapolis. He bowled in the first Minneapolis City Tournament in 1914 and participated in at least 52 tournaments.
