David 'Dave' J. Langer

David, Dave or "Lumpy" has unbelievable talent with the bowling ball. His ability to adjust to the conditions is amazing and is usually in contention at the end of the tournament. He has four (4) Minneapolis City Championship Titles and Dave was a four (4) time winner of the Minneapolis Bowler of the Year honors. Dave holds one title in the Minneapolis Masters and has gone on to win three (3) Minnesota Masters Tournaments in 1992 and 2001 and 2011. He holds thirteen (13) Minnesota State Tournament Titles and 14 career wins in the Central Bowlers Alliance (CBA) and was on the First Team All Star team five (5) times and the second team All Start team in the 2003-2004 season. He has seven (7) titles in Alexandria, Fargo, St. Cloud and Hibbing. He holds three (3) St. Paul Team Challenge Titles. He has three (3) St. Paul Masters Championship Titles (1994, 1997, 2010). He holds a Minnesota State Record in the 3-man Team Series with Jason Barnhouse and John Hommes when they shot 2,317 in 2008. He represented the State of Minnesota in 2004 at the US Open and he finished in the top 15! Dave has thrown 2 - 298s, 18 - 299s, 74 - 300s and 43 - 800s with his highest being 869 and his high end of the season average is 248 with the last 13 years being over 240! His first 300 came on January 6, 1993 at Sundance Lanes and his first 800 came on February 5, 1993 in the Eye Openers League in Maplewood Bowl.
